1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an avatar or using Defrag, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here. If you are using Defrag on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Ethical Use
Defrag is intended for authorized red-team exercises, security awareness, training, research, demonstrations, and other lawful, ethical uses. You may not use Defrag to impersonate another person without authorization, commit fraud, harass, deceive, extort, violate privacy rights, or bypass consent requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that every avatar, call, meeting, recording, message, link, and workflow you create complies with applicable laws, platform rules, organizational policies, and any required disclosure or consent obligations.
3. Avatar Content and Permissions
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any image, voice, text, likeness, name, or other content you upload or use with Defrag. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and for how your avatars are configured and deployed.
Do not upload confidential, sensitive, biometric, or personal information unless you have the legal right and operational need to do so.
4. Meetings, Messaging, and Links
You are responsible for where avatars are invited, what they say, and any chat messages or links they send. Meeting participants, platform providers, or your organization may have rules governing bot participation, recording, AI disclosure, link tracking, and simulated social engineering exercises.
Tracked links and simulated phishing or dupe workflows must be used only in authorized programs and must not be used to steal credentials, collect sensitive information, install malware, or cause harm.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, API keys, access tokens, and connected services secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or integration credentials have been compromised.
6. Service Availability
Defrag may depend on third-party services for authentication, media, speech, meeting access, payments, storage, and model inference. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as needed to maintain security, reliability, compliance, or product quality.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Defrag to violate laws, infringe rights, deceive people outside an authorized engagement, generate unlawful content, attack systems without permission, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or resell access without written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk, violates these terms, violates law, or could harm Defrag, our users, third-party platforms, or the public.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Defrag is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.
